City of Morrison Utility Billing Delayed in July
On July 7, 2026, the City of Morrison will be transitioning to a new computer software platform with BS&A Software to support utility billing, payments, and customer information.
Due to this upcoming transition, utility billing for July 1 will be delayed.
Utility bills are generally mailed/emailed on the last business day of the month with account balances due on or before the fifteenth (15th) of each month. During this transition, the July billing will not be mailed/emailed until no earlier than July 10, 2026.
Understanding that the delayed billing will be short notice for the due date of July 15th, the City of Morrison asks that account balances be paid as soon as possible once the billing is received. As a result of this transition and inconvenience, there will be no late fees or other penalties during the July billing and payment period.
Additional details and online account access information for the new software platform; BS&A Software, will be shared very soon!
If you have any questions, please visit City Hall at 200 West Main Street, Morrison or by calling 815-772-7657.
The City of Morrison appreciates the community’s tolerance, patience, and support during this transition.
