Come join us for Chair Fitness on Tuesdays & Thursdays!!! This is NOT yoga, it's strength training, using dumbbells, bands and balls.
This is an ongoing program as long as the instructor or an alternate instructor is available the class will continue.
Come in workout attire or whatever is comfortable for you to wear and proper shoes. The class is done in a chair mostly but depending on the fitness level of some there is some standing and holding the chair for the ones that can.
Bring water!
