The Mayor, City Council, and Historic Preservation Commission are pleased to announce the revival of the Building Improvement Program. This cost-share program, last funded in 2009, is designed to offer a means of assisting property owners with refurbishing buildings located within a Morrison Historic District or registered as a Morrison Landmark. Program Goals: 1) to improve aesthetic appeal and focus on the “historic character” of a structure; 2) increase community pride and awareness of these structures, as well as their relevance to our City’s past and present and future.
