The Odell Public Library is a cultural and educational center for the people of Morrison, where they can find books, magazines, computers, and children’s videos for enlightenment and entertainment. The library endeavors to attract new patrons of all ages. By judicious selection of material, the library augments the learning programs of the community and attempts to present all points of view concerning problems and issues of our times. The library is a member of the Prairie Area Library System.
The Odell Public Library offers public computers with Internet access and word processing, fax service, photocopier, interlibrary loans, large print books, books on tape, Bifolkal Kits, Whiteside County Genealogy Collection, Summer Reading and Storytime Programs, and room rental for parties, meetings, and programs. Residents of the city of Morrison are eligible for a library card at no cost.
