Water and Sewer Rates

Debt Surcharge To repay sewer bonds $0.75 per month
Improvement/Extension To improve and extend the Municipal utility system $1.62 per month
Refuse Curbside residential refuse collection $8.60 per month

         (Nov-Apr)
Water Base Rate and per 1000 gallons used $4.68 minimum and $1.45 per 1000 gallons used per month*
Sewer Base rate and per 1000 gallons of water used $4.50 minimum and $0.96 per 1000 gallon used per month*

* A reduced step rate is used for accounts using more than 100,000 gallons. Contact City Hall at (815) 772-7657 for further details.
