Freedom of Information
To request public information, please complete a Freedom of
Information Request form stating the records/information you are
seeking. Please allow a maximum of five working days in which to
receive the information requested. Information will be mailed or may be
picked up in person.
Fees for any records requested, if copies are provided, are: $.15 per 8
1/2" x 11"
page. The first 50 pages are free. Larger sizes may be charged at a higher rate, depending upon
the size and complexity of the document. FOIA requests and
inquiries may be sent to: City Administrator Jim Wise, 200 West Main Street,
Morrison IL 61270.
Copies of birth/death certificates (for births or deaths occurring in
Whiteside County) may be obtained at the Whiteside County Clerk's
office. Their phone number is 815-772-5189.
