Freedom of Information
To request public information, please complete a Freedom of
Information Request form stating the records/information you are
seeking. Please allow a maximum of seven working days in which to
receive the information requested. Information will be mailed or may be
picked up in person. Requested materials will not be faxed or e-mailed.
Fees for any records requested, if copies are provided, are: $.25 per 8
1/2" x 11"
page. Larger sizes may be charged at a higher rate, depending upon
the size and complexity of the document.
Copies of birth/death certificates (for births or deaths occurring in
Whiteside County) may be obtained at the Whiteside County Clerk's
