City Administrator
The City Administrator of the City of Morrison is appointed for an
indefinite term by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City
Council. The Administrator is the primary non-elected
administrative officer of the City of Morrison.
The City Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management
of the City of Morrison and receives broad direction and policy from the
Mayor and City Council. The City Administrator develops and
implements management programs designed to enhance workforce
productivity, improve service delivery, and maximize efficiencies.
The Administrator provides strong management support for all departments
and continually keeps the Mayor and City Council informed of critical
information. The Administrator is charged with developing the
annual budget for consideration and approval by the City Council.
In addition, the Administrator is extensively involved with a wide
variety of economic development activities.
