All applications must be submitted to the City of Morrison in person.
Duplicates, faxes, or electronic copies will not be accepted.

Form	Description
Paver Form	Use this form for the purchase of a Personalized Paver Brick, which will be placed in the Veteran’s Park & Memorial.
Building Permit	Zoning Use and Residential and Business permits. Click here for more information.
Community Center Rental	Use this form for the rental of the Community Center at the Odell Public Library.
Request for Tree Removal	Use this form to have a tree removed by the City.
Sign Permit Application	All signs must be approved by the Zoning Officer. For more information about sign permits, Click here.
Tree Planting Application	Use this permit to plant a tree on a city parkway. Click here for a list of approved trees.
Vacation Billing Request	Use this form if you would like to participate in the Utility Vacation Billing Program. Read more about this program here.
Water Service Application	Use this application to apply for metered water service.
