Voting Information

The City of Morrison is divided into 4 wards with 2 Aldermen per Ward. Elections for Mayor and City Clerk are held every 4 years. Elections for Alderman are held every 2 years. Each Alderman holds a 4-year term.

Voter Registration forms are available at City Hall at 200 West Main Street, Morrison or at the Whiteside County Courthouse through the County Clerks office, which is located at 200 East Knox Street, Morrison.

Absentee ballots and information may be obtained at the Whiteside County Clerks office.

Polling places for City of Morrison Wards are as follows:
Ward 1 - St. Peter's Lutheran Church
Ward 2 - United Methodist Church
Ward 3 - Odell Library
Ward 4 - Odell Library

Whiteside County Fair

The Whiteside County Fair includes events such as a carnival – with rides and games for just about every age, a petting zoo, and grandstand events, including a tractor pull, a country music show, and the ever-popular demolition derbies.  Please click here to visit the Whiteside County Fair website.
